Greek Hot Dog Sauce

Everybody knows that Buffalo, NY is famous for it's chicken wings, but did you know that it's also famous for its Greek hot dog sauce, often called "Texas Red Hots."

Having worked in Greek restaurants I also know it takes all day to make a batch of this sauce. After my retirement I wondered if I could develop a instant Greek Hot Dog Sauce which could rival the Greek restaurants.

After much trial and error I have developed a sauce which can be made in five minutes, using only ground beef, water and our Greek hot dog sauce seasonings.

Thanks to the internet, our herbs and spices are the very best obtainable, we mix and blend in small batches, pack and heat seal the same day. All foil food bags are FDA and USDA approved.
